With the residential and commercial building Korso, architect Martin Kohlbauer has added a charismatic new development to the urban development project Viertel Zwei in Vienna. Close to the famous Prater and in the immediate vicinity of the listed trotting course in Krieau, the heterogeneous residential complex fits into the newly designed urban environment. Façade bands made of ceramic panels in warm reddish-yellow tones are in the foreground - both literally and figuratively.
