Wohnen am Korso

The exclusive “Wohnen am Korso” housing project was completed in the summer of 2021. In total, 179 owner-occupied flats – with surface areas of 35 to 145 square metres and with two to five rooms – are available. The project was awarded the gold ÖGNI certificate as early as the construction phase thanks to the sustainable construction methods used. As high value was placed on the integrity of the existing historic environment during the big project in the middle of Vienna’s city centre, the planners chose ceramic elements with a special surface in the natural tones of amber and champagne. The elegant coloring in combination with the striking facade design and the impressive architecture make the housing complex a new highlight of the quarter.
