The complex of three office buildings in the Karlín urban district in Prague excels in modern architecture, inspired by the industrial history of this site. The location of the buildings forms a new, pleasant square suitable for getting together and relaxation. The buildings are designed in perfect functionality in terms of comfort, ergonomics and aesthetics. The high ecological and energy efficiency of the buildings is a matter of course. The buildings are LEED GOLD-certified. The facade of the buildings is made of ALPHATON® brick cladding panels in the sintered black and quartz gray shades, of a STANDARD surface, of module heights 200; 225; 250 and 300mm. For each of the three buildings, the quartz gray shade is used on three sides of the building and on one side the Sintered black shade is used. The width of the tiles is 835-1,500mm. An interesting architectural element is the transition of the brick cladding panels to the window construction with a distinctive window frame and, together with the selected color combination, it emphasizes the industrial architectural style in which the building is designed.
