DOK 03 & 04

The DOCK IN office building is part of the modern construction in the area of the former Libeň docks. The elegant office buildings are designed according to the latest architectural trends. The modern offices of the DOCK project are located along the banks of two dead stream branches of the Vltava River on the border of Karlín and Libeň. The unique Prague project DOCK IN in its final form will offer not only offices and a quiet living area, but also ideal places for relaxation near the city centre. The building meets the criteria of green building standards to obtain the LEED Gold certification. DOCK 04 is designed as an administrative complex consisting of three buildings (J2.2, J4, J5) with three common underground floors and with the possibility of horizontal and vertical division into individual rental units. The facade of the DOCK 04 building is interesting from an aesthetic and architectural point of view by alternating the white and black colors of the facade with different folding of the individual floors in the floor plan. The joint cut of light ceramic cladding panels (IVORY) is placed in the vertical direction, i.e. vertikal format with a special surface of irregular grooving. The black cladding panels (Sintered black) are a combination of glazed and unglazed bricks, where the main surface consists of unglazed bricks and a strip of glazed cladding bricks is inserted into them.
