In constructing the university building, the planning architects invented an abundance of applications and creative variations of our "LONGOTON®" product line with virtuoso ingenuity. Over 40 base shapes were required to manufacture the brick elements at the plant according to the planners' designs. On this basis, the total of 425 special shape parts were then produced in order to develop the design of this unusual facade and to execute cleanly the transitions, connections as well as dimensional differences of the different design elements on the building. Enclosed in the aforementioned special shapes are the BAGUETTES, threaded onto steel tubes, which allowed sophisticated supports.
