What is not immediately apparent at first glance: The structure is an extension of the existing building, which was built almost 20 years ago. However, it is seamlessly and almost invisibly connected to the existing building as a result of the identical facade design. As in the existing building, light gray 200x430 mm ALPHATON® panels were used, which were installed using the MOEDING L² Rapid System. This consists of vertical L² support profiles that can hold special L² panel holders anywhere, which means the order of assembly remains flexible. To ensure a smooth transition on the facade, facade panels from the existing building could be easily removed so that the color could be reproduced identically for the current production. These could later be attached to the new building without the need for tools.
