The 105

Project 105 by breakthrough resulted in an impressive complex with a total area of 2,274 square metres. In addition to office and laboratory spaces, there is also space here for retail and a large event location. The new building corresponds to the LEED gold design standards for energy and environmental design. MOEDING ceramic tiles with a partly transparent light blue glaze create a special accent between the large glass fronts. Individual, wavy special shapes with precise cut edges result in unique three-dimensional surfaces and give the complex an extremely futuristic appearance.
