The renovation of the existing office building in Brooklyn Heights comprises the redesign of the entire structure of the building. A light, rear-ventilated terracotta outer skin with rainscreen cladding allows the building shell to be redesigned without structural reinforcement being needed. The beige surface is partly grooved, partly smooth, but in all versions it is coated with a light patina, due to which the property immediately integrates perfectly into the environment.
