The overall residential complex consists of 417 residential units for various uses. Selected natural materials and varying heights provide for an exciting, diverse architecture. In addition to clinker facades and green-glazed ceramic tiles, baguette cladding elements were also used here as solar and privacy protection elements. For the ceramic rods, the natural colors of pearl gray and light gray were chosen, which also have the advantage of a solid-colored shard. The use of the narrow strips structures the complex, connects the different elements of the facade and gives it a high value.
