The ALPHATON® facade tiles, specially developed for this property, are horizontally grooved, but the extremely slender louvers, according to the architects' special wishes, face downwards in the shape of a roof. The perforated facade in oxide red follows the construction grid that runs through all components. In order to prevent the picture from appearing pitted, 1.00 m wide facade surfaces alternate with 0.80 m wide windows. In height, the window openings can be changed as needed, an advantage of the terracotta facade, which, due to the mounting technology of MOEDING, permits a non-destructive dismantling and mounting.
