The Faculty of Economics & Business at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) has gained a new building that responds to its setting while reflecting the colorful life of the campus. Madrid-based architect Silvia Babsky Nadel and her practice partner Ramón Valls Navascués of BC Asociados conceived a colorfully clad, organic volume designed to encourage interaction while creating a striking frame for the existing buildings. The external facades skilfully respond to both the diversity and the context of the site.
