The new Kollerhof | Gersthofen
On the site of a former farm, the new Kollerhof serves as a meeting place. The area combines a multi-purpose building, assisted living, shops and a diverse mix of rental flats with spacious terraces, balconies or roof terraces. For the facade, a curtain-wall-type, rear-ventilated and thermally insulated brick facade was chosen. In accordance with the planners’ individual design, two types of tiles were produced: one with wide waves and a glossy white glaze for the public areas and a version with a more pronounced edge in a sandy, subtle light brown for the living areas.
